Reviews and comments

Honest criticism is allowed.

Personal abuse, discrimination, threats, knowingly false allegations and harassment are not.

Profile and event integrity

Users must not:

• Claim or manage a profile they are not authorised to represent
• Remove legitimate events maliciously
• Change profile data deceptively
• Impersonate a venue, artist or promoter
• Interfere with another profile
• Submit intentionally misleading event information

What SeeMyGig may do

Where this Code is breached, SeeMyGig may:

• Revoke management access
• Restore previous versions
• Require further verification
• Suspend accounts
• Archive content
• Refer serious incidents where required

Reporting

If you see something that breaches this Code, report it. Reporting options appear on profiles, events, reviews and messages, and every report goes to our Trust & Safety queue with a full audit history.
