Moderation & Enforcement
How we respond when the Community Code of Conduct or Terms of Use are breached, and how you can report a problem.
Version 1.0 · Effective 10 August 2026
Enforcement levels
- Warning
- Content removal
- Feature restriction
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent removal
Serious behaviour may skip directly to suspension or removal — for example hate speech, threats, fraud, impersonation or deliberate sabotage.
How we decide
We consider the seriousness of the behaviour, the harm caused, whether it was deliberate, whether it has happened before, and whether the person has taken responsibility. Decisions are recorded with an audit history.
Reporting tools
Reporting actions appear throughout the platform:
- Report User
- Report Profile
- Report Event
- Report Review
- Report Message
- Report Incorrect Information
What happens to a report
All reports go to Super Admin → Trust & Safety, recording the reporter, reported entity, reason, notes, evidence, timestamp, status, action taken, moderator and audit history. We do not share the reporter's identity with the reported party.
Appeals
If you believe a decision was wrong, reply to the notice you received or contact hello@seemygig.com with your account details and what you'd like reviewed.
