Profile management and event publishing
Management access may require verification and approval by SeeMyGig or an existing authorised manager. Publishing an event means you confirm you have the right to promote it and that the details are correct.
User-generated content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant SeeMyGig a non-exclusive licence to host, display, resize and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform and your listings. You must have the rights to any images, artwork, recordings or logos you upload.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Deliberately false reviews, review trading and reviews posted to damage a competitor are prohibited and may be removed.
Moderation
We moderate content and behaviour in line with our Community Code of Conduct and Moderation & Enforcement policy.
Subscriptions, renewals and refunds
- Paid memberships renew automatically each period until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Event listing fees are charged per listing at the price shown at checkout.
- Refunds are provided where required by the Australian Consumer Law, and otherwise at our discretion where a service was not delivered.
Third-party integrations and ticket links
SeeMyGig links to third-party ticketing, social and streaming services. We are not the seller of tickets and are not responsible for third-party sites, their pricing, availability, refunds or content. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.

Profile and event integrity
Users must not:
- Claim or manage a profile they are not authorised to represent
- Remove legitimate events maliciously
- Change profile data deceptively
- Impersonate a venue, artist or promoter
- Interfere with another profile
- Submit intentionally misleading event information
SeeMyGig may revoke management access, restore previous versions, require further verification, suspend accounts, archive content, or refer serious incidents where required.
Right to refuse or remove
SeeMyGig reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend or remove access to users, profiles, events, venues, artists, promoters, suppliers or other organisations where necessary to enforce our Terms, Community Code of Conduct, safety requirements or applicable law.
Where practical and appropriate, we will tell you why action was taken and how to respond.
Suspension and removal
We may suspend or remove accounts or content in line with our Moderation & Enforcement policy. Serious breaches may result in immediate removal.
Limitation of liability
SeeMyGig is provided on an 'as is' basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for cancelled or changed events, third-party ticketing issues, or losses caused by content published by other users.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Every version is published with a version number and effective date. Where a change is material, we will ask you to review and re-confirm your agreement before you continue using SeeMyGig.
